We provide leadership training, life skills education, and team-building workshops that prepare youth to take on leadership roles in their schools, workplaces, and communities.
When: Ongoing throughout 2025
Goal: Train 2,000+ young leaders through 50+ workshops and leadership camps
How You Can Help: Sponsor a youth participant, fund leadership resources, or volunteer as a mentor
💼 Mentorship & Career Readiness Program
We connect students and young professionals with mentors who provide guidance in career planning, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
When: Quarterly mentorship cycles
Goal: Match 500+ mentors and mentees and provide 3,000+ mentorship hours in 2025
How You Can Help: Volunteer as a mentor, host a professional development workshop, or donate educational materials
